Prices

In case of delays, back orders, or out-of-stock items, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a solution—whether it’s a refund or assistance in finding a similar product elsewhere.

Payment

Smooth Smile accepts the following payment methods: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Mobilepay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in CHF and include VAT.

Delivery

Smooth Smile aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement, with delivery available throughout Switzerland. Shipping to a parcel shop is free, and home delivery is also free of charge.

Important Note: If there is no available space at the delivery point, your package will be redirected to the nearest delivery location, and you will be informed. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Orders are delivered every weekday, typically arriving within 1-3 business days after order placement. Extended delivery times may occur during peak periods.

Right to Complaint

Our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Swiss Sale of Goods Act, covering material and manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product. Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the issue. A complaint made within two months of discovery is always considered timely.

If the complaint is valid, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned in appropriate packaging, and you should obtain a shipping receipt to facilitate the refund. Contact us before returning your product to streamline the process.

For refunds, please contact us to arrange the transfer of the agreed amount.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges During Sales

Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales, special promotions, or discount periods.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the goods.

To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can inform us via email or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

Please note: Refusing to accept delivery does not count as exercising your right to withdrawal.

If you received a free gift with your order and wish to return your purchase, the entire order (including the gift) must be returned.

Return Process

Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and bear the risk of any damage during transit. It is important to ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage. To expedite the process, include a copy of your order confirmation in the return package.

If you need assistance with returning an item, we can help you with a shipping label, and the shipping cost will be credited to your refund.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any decrease in value resulting from handling the item beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the product is damaged or shows signs of excessive use, you may only receive a partial refund, depending on its resale value.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and testing should only involve minimal use.

Repayment

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If there is any depreciation for which you are liable, it will be deducted from the refund. We will also refund delivery costs unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one offered. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal or after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

If you wish to file a complaint about a product or service, you can do so with the local complaint center.

Privacy Policy

When you shop with us, we collect the following information: Name, address, phone number, and email address. This data is necessary for the delivery of your order and is stored by Smooth Smile for five years, after which it is deleted.

We work with other companies that store and process data on our behalf. These companies are only permitted to use your data for our purposes and cannot use it independently.

We only work with data processors within the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data.

The data controller for Smooth Smile is Smooth Smile. You have the right to know what data we store about you and to request corrections or deletions if it is inaccurate or no longer needed.
